As we scale, we’re looking for an Associate Creative Director (ACD) who can elevate our creative output, strengthen brand storytelling, and lead cross-channel creative strategy that moves both hearts and numbers.
This role is ideal for a creative leader who’s hands‑on, strategically sharp, and capable of driving high‑performing work across digital, social, brand, and product touchpoints.
What You’ll Lead & Own
Creative Direction & Campaign Leadership
- Lead the end-to‑end creative development of integrated campaigns—from concepting to execution—ensuring ideas are fresh, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
- Translate insights, data, and customer behavior into compelling creative strategies that drive traffic, quote generation, and conversions.
- Guide internal creative teams (design, copy, video) and external agencies to deliver world‑class creative work with consistency and speed.
Brand Stewardship
- Elevate BJAK’s brand identity and ensure a unified creative voice across social media, performance ads, landing pages, CRM, and product experiences.
- Develop creative frameworks, visual guidelines, and tone‑of‑voice directions that strengthen brand recognition across markets (Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan).
Content & Social Strategy
- Oversee and optimize social media creative direction and content strategy across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Shape KOL/influencer creative guidelines to maximize authenticity, engagement, and impact.
Cross‑Functional Creative Leadership
- Partner closely with Growth, Product, Data, and Leadership to align creative direction with business objectives, market opportunities, and campaign performance trends.
- Provide clear, actionable creative feedback that enhances quality and drives measurable results.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure all creative deliverables are on‑brief, on‑brand, and on‑time, managing timelines, reviews, and execution across teams.
- Maintain high creative standards while enabling speed—balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution when needed.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in creative direction, advertising, digital creative, or content strategy within agency, tech, fintech, or high‑growth environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign ideation, storytelling, social content, performance creatives, and integrated brand work.
- Proven ability to lead creative teams and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of social media behavior, digital trends, content performance, and user‑centric creative.
- Excellent creative judgment—able to assess concepts, messaging, and visual direction through both brand and performance lenses.
- Strong project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines in a fast‑moving environment.
