Randstad is partnering with a Global Shared Service to look for a Talent in AR / OTC functions!
The OTC Manager will report to the Senior Manager, supporting the migration of new countries, stabilizing internal processes, and managing a team.
- Lead the team in daily activities for end-to-end OTC processes, including billing, cash application, credit collection, AR aging, and month-end close.
- Manage staff budget and related expenses.
- Handle OTC month-end close activities, including cash and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Support migration projects and process improvements.
- Manage customer relationships and maintain master data.
- Assess credit risk for new and existing customers.
- Process dispute/deduction adjustments and write-offs.
- Perform other OTC-related tasks as needed.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in a Shared Service environment with end-to-end OTC responsibilities.
- Malaysian residency (must).
- A degree in accounting is preferred.
- At least 2+ years in a supervisory role within AR.
- Over 2 years of experience in invoicing, collections, and customer credit functions in high-volume organizations.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
