Job description
Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor
Position: Accounts Officer
Responsibilities
- To assist in day-to-day accounting functions in various sections
- i.e. General Ledger, Fixed Asset, Inventory and Account Payable
- Preparing month-end / quarterly analysis and reporting
- Ensure timely closing of month-end / quarterly account to meet the date line
- To assist in some administration tasks
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting or finance. Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Responsible, with a positive working attitude and strong sense of accountability.
- Detail-oriented and good analytical skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capable of multitasking, quick to learn, and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to start work in June 2025.
