Zusammenfassung
A leading company in finance located in Malaysia seeks a detail-oriented candidate to execute account-related activities for the smooth running of the account department. The ideal candidate will assist in daily tasks, prepare payment vouchers, and handle transactions. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in finance and possess a Diploma or equivalent in Finance/Accountancy. This role offers an opportunity to grow in a supportive environment.
Qualifikationen
- At least 1 year of working experience in a related field.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting.
Aufgaben
- Execute account related activities to ensure smooth running of the account department.
- Assist Accounts Executive in daily tasks.
- Prepare payment vouchers, cheques or online payments.
- Organize signatories and handle payments.
- Produce transactions in cash books.
- Prepare bank and supplier reconciliations.
Kenntnisse
Ausbildung
Priorities will be given to those who possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics as highest education.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Execute Account related activities to ensure the smooth running of the Account department processes.
- Assists Accounts Executive in daily works.
- Prepare payment vouchers, cheques or online payments for staff claims and suppliers.
- Gather to arrange for signatories and handle payments.
- Produce the transactions in cash books.
- Prepare bank and supplier reconciliation.
