• Navigate complex organizational structures to effectively deliver OCM solutions.
• Contribute to business growth by supporting proposal development and client presentations.
• Adhere to project governance and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand change goals and develop effective adoption strategies.
• Lead and manage high‑impact OCM initiatives.
• Mentor and coach team members to ensure high‑quality OCM delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies and tools.
• Develop and implement effective communication and training plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of OCM deliverables.
• Identify and address potential resistance to change.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Change Management, or related fields.
• 7+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably with 2 years of technology consulting.
• Strong consulting skills, including strategic thinking and problem‑solving.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., CCMP, MCMP, Prosci, APMG).

• Master’s degree in Organizational Change Management or related field.
• Process design expertise.
• Experience with digital communication and training tools.
• Technical certifications (ITIL, Agile, etc.).
