ROLE OVERVIEW

About the Client: A fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, web design/maintenance, and paid advertising is seeking a talented and motivated Virtual Assistant to support its sales and business development efforts. The agency serves clients across various industries and is focused on delivering high-performance marketing solutions that drive measurable results.

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Virtual Assistant to lead outreach efforts, follow up with leads, and close deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing. This is a remote position with potential for long-term growth, including commission-based earnings and involvement in future projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients via email, phone, or social media
• Follow up with warm leads and nurture client relationships
• Schedule appointments and sales calls to close warm leads
• Maintain CRM records and track outreach efforts and conversions
• Assist in preparing proposals or follow-up materials
• Collaborate with the marketing and development team when needed
• Represent the agency professionally and enthusiastically in all communications

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or business development (agency experience preferred)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Familiarity with digital marketing services such as SEO, web development, and paid ads
• Tech-savvy and confident in using CRM systems, productivity tools, and outreach platforms
• Goal-driven with a strong sense of initiative and follow-through
• Experience with commission-based sales roles is a plus
