We are seeking a Mechanical Plant Engineer to design, develop, and oversee the implementation of industrial plants and mechanical systems in the segment of Semiconductors. The successful candidate will collaborate with the technical team to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with current regulations.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
* Design and develop plants and mechanical systems based on technical requirements.
* Analyze technical drawings and prepare project specifications.
* Conduct simulations and calculations to optimize plant performance.
* Supervise installation and commissioning activities in coordination with construction managers and supervisors.
* Collaborate with other departments (electrical, automation, civil, process) for all interdisciplinary aspects.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Prepare technical documentation, reports, and operating manuals.

Required Qualifications
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Preferred 2 years of experience in the plant engineering field
* Preferred Proficiency in CAD design software (AutoCAD, NavisWorks, Revit) and simulation tools (Pipe-Flo, AHH, Caesar II or equivalent).
* Strong technical analysis and thermomechanical calculation skills.
* Familiarity with technical and safety regulations (EN, ISO, ASME, ASHRAE, PED).
* Good command of English (written and spoken).
* Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in semiconductor Fab industry.
* Experience in Mechanical Dry plants including Cleanroom HVAC, Industrial HVAC, Process Exhaust
* Experience in Mechanical Wet Plants including Chiller plants, Heat recovery, Cooling Plants, Plumbing,
* Experience in Mechanical Process Systems as Process Cooling Water, compressed dry Air, Process Vacuum
* Availability for business trips in the EU (mainly Germany and France)
* Good command of German is a plus (written and spoken).
* Good command of French is a plus (written and spoken).
