We are currently recruiting a local HR expert in Italy. The main responsibilities include maintaining client employee relationships, handling employee onboarding, transfers, relocations, offboarding, verifying payroll calculations, and providing daily consulting and client relationship support. The role requires coverage of multiple European countries, familiarity with European labor laws, and multilingual proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as our in-house HR expert for Italy and Europe, handling all complex people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
  2. Own and drive employee lifecycle management: onboarding, transfers, relocations, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  3. Verify payroll calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  4. Provide daily HR consulting to clients, maintain client relationships, and resolve cross-border employment issues.
  5. Admin support: generation of reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration.
Requirements
  1. International HR professional experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
  2. Familiarity with European labor laws, particularly in Italy and surrounding countries.
  3. Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus.
  4. Data-driven: challenge the status quo and strive to improve response times and employee experience.
  5. Enjoy working with people, possess a strong service mindset, and thrive on listening to and helping others solve problems, with the ability to provide effective solutions in complex situations.
Interview Process
  1. Preliminary Screening: HR communication.
  2. First-round Interview: Video interview with the department head to assess suitability.
  3. Final-round Interview: Video interview with the company's CEO about the position and career development.
