Aptar is seeking a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst based in Italy or Spain, responsible for developing and implementing Commercial Excellence processes through CRM and other systems. The role supports Aptar’s customer-centric initiatives and cross-functional projects, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams.

The Data & Systems Commercial Excellence Analyst will report to the Global CE Director.

As a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst, you will:

• Develop the Internal Commercial Mindset
• Optimize the Customer Experience
• Maintain and standardize reports and insights tools (e.g., C4C, Pipeline Projection, dashboards)
• Manage customer database activities, including contracts and pipeline opportunities
• Ensure adherence to CRM best practices
• Collaborate with IS teams to improve systems
• Support Contract Management activities
• Assist in sales training and support internal system users

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

• 3-5 years experience in Sales Analysis with CRM expertise
• Experience in sales, marketing, or pricing projects
• Proven success in driving change and supporting global programs
• Leadership and teamwork skills
• Ability to analyze large datasets

• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (SAP, QlikView, Power BI)
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer orientation and strategic thinking
