What you’ll achieve

As the Project Manager, you will be part of our successful project management team managing, monitoring, and implementing IT projects for our healthcare clients. You will also lead complex projects and our high-value clients.

You will :

• Take care of the relationship with the customer in collaboration with the company's sales management.
• Control the execution of the activities by ensuring that it is in line with what is expected in terms of time, costs, and revenues.
• Correctly manage the risks associated with the implementation of projects to anticipate problems and mitigate their impact.
• Coordinate the activities of the company structures involved in the implementation of the project activities.
• Stimulate upselling and cross-selling opportunities with customers in collaboration with sales management.
• Manage the progress of internal works with the customer.
• Oversee the economic and financial aspects of the project (costs, revenues, profitability, invoicing).

Essential Requirements :

• Excellent knowledge of the hospital and healthcare market
• Knowledge of healthcare clinical processes (e.g., EHR, Surgery, First Aid, Oncological Solutions, Therapy, Laboratory (LIMS), etc.)
• Led and managed complex IT projects, ideally within the healthcare sector
• In-depth knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Excellent reporting skills using various reporting tools
• Able to analyze, review, and implement strategies for successful project delivery
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate a project team
• Excellent negotiation skills with project stakeholders
• Knowledge of the main operating processes of public health authorities
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Prince2 / PMP Qualification

Desirable Requirements :

• Knowledge of CAD and AGID guidelines for public administration
• Knowledge of the operating mechanisms of Conpib conventions
• Fluent in English
