Travel Experience Counselor II - (2500004R)
Main Responsibilities
o Provide consultancy on every aspect of travel requirements, i.e., documentation, visa arrangements, insurance policies, etc., which comply with travel policy.
o Provide suitable recommendations on routing and ticketing to clients with best buy policy.
o Reply to all messages and queries within the given time frame.
o Build and maintain good client relationships.
o Keep up to date the supplier’s promote on file and ensure filing is auctioned and filed correctly/neatly.
Qualifications
Experience & education:
o Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
o Having experience in TMC will be an advantage.
o Experience in using GDS like Sabre and Amadeus.
o Have basic reservation knowledge.
Knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs):
o Certified on Sabre / Amadeus is compulsory.
o Ability to work effectively with the systems and procedures.
