• Lead and manage overall performance of multiple luxury retail stores
• Achieve sales targets, profitability, and store KPIs including: Sales Growth & Productivity (UPT, ATV), CRM & Clienteling performance (VIP conversion & retention), Employee Productivity & Scheduling Efficiency, NPS / Customer Satisfaction Score, Stock accuracy, shrinkage control & inventory health
• Strengthen clienteling initiatives and VIP customer engagement activities
• Ensure operational compliance, VM standards, and premium store experience
• Conduct regular store audits with clear follow-up action plans
• Build talent pipeline: hiring, onboarding, coaching & performance reviews
• Provide weekly & monthly business reports with clear insights and recommendations
• Coordinate closely with Marketing, VM, Training & Regional Teams to support business objectives
