The multi-dimensional functional team – spanning general management, systems and processes, finance, product, operations, sales and the like – seated at our Nonthaburi group office, proactively supports and monitors progress across functional disciplines as well as country operating units and group performance in aggregate. Khiri Core team members are functional experts that work together – under the leadership of the Khiri Core Group Director – to deliver best practices, proactive support and training tools, and insightful, value-adding feedback.

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a pivotal leadership role in ensuring Khiri Travel Indonesia’s distinctive experiences and preferred product portfolio are successfully promoted and commercially optimized. The AGM is not only a brand ambassador for Khiri’s curated experiences, but also a bridge between product development, sales performance, and supplier relations. While a key member of Khiri Indonesia’s Creative Team, the AGM assumes expanded responsibilities in managing strategic supplier relationships, negotiating competitive rates, ensuring alignment with market trends, and supporting the General Manager in business development and operational oversight. The role is ideal for a commercially driven, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional travel experiences.

Works closely with: Product & Account Management and Creative Teams of Khiri Indonesia, and Khiri Core’s Partnership Development Team
