We are seeking a Solar Panel Senior Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. This role is responsible for supervising on‑site technical activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining system performance and reliability. The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on experience in solar PV systems and the ability to work independently and in a team. Fluency in English for technical communication is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot solar PV systems and related electrical components.
  • Supervise and guide junior technicians during installation and maintenance activities.
  • Conduct system testing, commissioning, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure all work complies with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize system downtime.
  • Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and site documentation.
  • Coordinate with Project Engineers/Managers.
