A growing social business is seeking a Finance & Operations Associate in Indonesia. You'll manage financial and operational aspects for project delivery, coordinate with vendors for invoicing, and support administrative tasks. Ideal candidates have 3-4 years in finance or administrative roles, excellent organizational skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. This position offers remote working arrangements and is based ideally in Jakarta or Jogjakarta, with a fixed-term contract lasting 6 months with potential for extension.

About the Role
As the Finance & Operations Associate, Indonesia at Purpose, you will manage and coordinate financial, administrative and operational aspects for our Indonesian team to ensure the successful delivery of projects with our clients/partners. Working jointly with the locals Project Manager and Project Lead(s) - with oversight from Operations Manager in India - you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of our projects and operational matters for the team.
