Overview

More than 10 years of experience in retail training or frontline capability development, ideally in fashion, footwear, or sports retail.

Responsibilities
  • Identify training needs from sales data, customer experience gaps, and store performance insights.
  • Design and deliver modular training programs that cover onboarding, product storytelling, customer engagement, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Run pre- and post-training assessments, and track sales improvement linked to training impact.
  • Act as a confident facilitator who can coach on the floor, not just in the classroom.
  • Coordinate with Retail Ops, Store Leaders, and HR to embed daily reinforcement habits.
  • Maintain a sales-oriented mindset; understand that training aims to grow sales and improve store execution with measurable assessments.
  • Willing to travel regularly to stores across Indonesia (approximately 20% mobility).
