A leading hospitality and investment firm in Jakarta is seeking a Business Development professional to identify and develop new hotel property opportunities. This role involves conducting site surveys, evaluating properties for conversion into hospitality assets, and building relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with fluency in English and Mandarin. The position requires strong communication skills and a proactive attitude, along with the willingness to travel across Indonesia.
Established in Jakarta in 2023, PT Delonix Group Indonesia is a subsidiary of Delonix Group – China, a global investment and tourism group.
Delonix Group focuses on offline consumer sectors such as hotels, restaurants, and airport lounges, managing over 1,600 properties and 245,000+ rooms worldwide.
As part of our rapid expansion in Indonesia, we are looking for a passionate and energetic Business Development professional to help identify and develop new property opportunities for hotel expansion projects.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the move, exploring new areas, and spotting opportunities others might overlook.
Your main goal is to find potential properties — whether existing hotels, commercial buildings, or houses — that can be developed or converted into new hotel projects.
We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to get out there, survey not just one building but the entire surrounding area, and think creatively about what each site could become.
