Job summary

A prominent retail company in Indonesia is seeking a training and development professional with 3–5 years of experience, primarily within retail. The successful candidate will design and implement training programs for Store Leaders, ensuring alignment with business needs. Key responsibilities include delivering leadership training and coordinating initiatives across various brands. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in training / L&D, preferably within retail or store operations.
  • Strong experience in training design and delivery (TNA, facilitation, evaluation).
  • Experience delivering leadership training for store-level teams.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, able to work closely with Operations and Store Leaders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand retail environment.

  • Design and manage training programs to enhance Store Leaders' skills.
  • Develop training plans and modules aligned with business needs.
  • Deliver leadership training for Store Leaders across all brands.
  • Coordinate necessary training initiatives across all brands.
  • Build strong relationships with the Operations team and Store Leaders.

  • Design and manage programs (includes Training Needs Analysis, delivering training, and conducting evaluation) for Store Leaders to enhance, standardize, and improve their skills in managing their respective brand and stores.
  • Develop training plans and modules aligned with business needs and brand standards.
  • Delivering leadership training for Store Leaders across all brands.
  • Coordinating training initiatives that are required to be implemented across all brands.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with the Operations team and existing Store Leaders.
