Job summary

A leading tour and travel agency is seeking an experienced sales manager to lead and manage sales activities for exhibition and event-related tour packages. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage sales activities for exhibition, trade show, and event‑related tour packages.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, exhibitors, and business partners.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and actively promote exhibition tour products and services.
  • Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed tours.
  • Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and pricing proposals professionally.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively, including pre‑event and on‑site issues, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance, targets, and revenue, and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Conduct post‑event follow‑ups to gather feedback and build long‑term client relationships.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and service standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tour sales or travel management, preferably handling exhibitions or business events.
  • Proven track record in sales, client management, and deal closing within the travel or tourism industry.
  • Strong experience in handling customer complaints and managing client expectations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets, especially during peak exhibition periods.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours when required.
