Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales activities for exhibition, trade show, and event‑related tour packages.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, exhibitors, and business partners.
- Identify new sales opportunities and actively promote exhibition tour products and services.
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed tours.
- Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and pricing proposals professionally.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively, including pre‑event and on‑site issues, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, targets, and revenue, and prepare regular sales reports.
- Conduct post‑event follow‑ups to gather feedback and build long‑term client relationships.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tour sales or travel management, preferably handling exhibitions or business events.
- Proven track record in sales, client management, and deal closing within the travel or tourism industry.
- Strong experience in handling customer complaints and managing client expectations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets, especially during peak exhibition periods.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours when required.
