Promax USA LLC is hiring an English‑speaking Operations Representative to manage our growing international Airbnb and hospitality operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, problem‑solving, and working in a fast‑growing startup environment with international exposure.

Location: Jakarta / Bali / Surabaya (Remote with travel). Employment Type: Full‑time (Flexible hours). International Role – Travel to Japan required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Airbnb listings, pricing, calendars, and guest messaging.
  • Communicate professionally with guests in English (Japanese is a plus).
  • Handle operational tasks related to Airbnb platforms and tools.
  • Support startup operations including research, coordination, and problem‑solving.
  • Assist with translations (English ↔ Indonesian / Japanese when applicable).
  • Travel to Japan periodically to assist with property oversight and coordination, cleaning, guest check‑ins, and on‑site support.
  • Participate in meetings conducted in English (and occasionally Japanese).
Qualifications
  • Fluent English (required) – written and spoken.
  • Japanese language ability (preferred but not required).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with technology (Google Workspace, online platforms, Airbnb tools).

Work Schedule

  • Must be able to coordinate work based on Pacific Time (USA) when needed.
