Supervise daily site operations and ensure all fire system construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, technicians, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate execution of work.

Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications specific to fire alarm and fire suppression systems (e.g., sprinklers, hydrants, pumps).

Ensure compliance with local fire codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Monitor project schedules, track progress, and report updates to the Project Manager.

Manage site documentation including daily reports, inspection checklists, and material usage logs.

Identify potential issues or delays and proactively implement corrective actions.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and adherence to safety protocols.

Liaise with consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities as required.

Ensure testing, commissioning, and handover of fire systems are properly conducted and documented.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Professional certification in fire protection systems is an advantage.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Site Manager or similar role in MEP or fire protection system construction projects.

• Proven track record managing fire system installations (e.g., fire alarm, sprinkler, hydrant, suppression systems).
• Strong understanding of fire safety standards, local codes, and NFPA regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and team coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Familiar with project scheduling tools and site reporting systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
