The HR Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the HR team, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Security and Employee Insurance: Provide guidance and support to employees on benefits-related matters, liaise with insurance providers and vendors to ensure effective delivery of services, and process and maintain accurate records of employee insurance enrolment, changes, and terminations.
  • Medical Check-Up: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, conduct regular assessments to identify potential health risks in the workplace, analyze medical check-up data to identify trends and areas for improvement, serve as a point of contact for employees regarding medical check-up inquiries, and liaise with healthcare providers to arrange on‑site or off‑site medical examinations.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility: Build and maintain positive relationships with local community organizations & institutions and identify opportunities for the company to engage in community service.
  • Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure all HR documentation complies with labor laws and company policies, assist in preparing for internal and external audits related to HR compliance.
  • People: Provide administrative support for HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records, assist in managing attendance, leave, and overtime in accordance with company policies, act as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, and support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English Literature, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong administrative and communication skills with attention to detail, ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels, detail-oriented in ensuring processes and documentation meet regulatory standards, and capability of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
