About the Role

The purpose of the Account Manager – National Government is to achieve sales targets as part of the Company’s strategic objectives. The Account Manager takes the lead throughout the sales cycle, facilitating teamwork and communication, and ensures that the client’s short- and long-term needs are met.

As Account Manager - National Government you will be responsible for key tasks such as:

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company team members throughout the sales cycle, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Forecasting, reporting and meeting assigned sales targets for profitable sales performance and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Develop and close new and incremental business across assigned segments to identify, qualify, create and execute account plans.
  • Responsible for revenue and margin growth; customer satisfaction, forecasting accuracy; customer/partner success.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
About You

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who is able to deliver GIS solutions to National Government accounts.

  • At least 5-10 years of account management, IT Solution Sales or Business Development experience, especially handling for Government Industry (Ministries, and others government agencies).
  • Having experience in the Solution Selling Process and account management for nurturing enterprise government customers. Position as the customer’s trusted advisor for long-term customer relationship and company executive relationship.
  • Exposure in B2B solution sales, strong passion in learning new technologies and ability to understanding and solving complex customers problems by providing detailed consultative solutions.
  • Strong knowledge and having good relationship with the assigned industry / sector market is preferred.
  • Work experience for MNC or System Integrator will be an advantage. Adaptable to collaboration cross-functionally within large-scale department, to drive all aspects of the winning sales strategy.
  • Understanding the market, customer drivers, competition and regulatory environment is mandatory.
