Main Responsibilities:

Provide IT consulting and solution services to enterprise clients based on the company's risk management, anti-fraud, and other products. Assist the sales team with pre-sales consulting according to industry characteristics and trends.

Provide pre-sales and technical support for projects, including business consulting, solution planning and presentations, product demonstrations, bid document preparation, and guidance for sales activities.

Develop and train sales tools, including industry solutions, presentation materials, client case studies, and competitor analysis.

Train sales personnel on pre-sales product knowledge, industry insights, and presentation skills.

Assist the delivery team in confirming customer requirements, system implementation, and project acceptance.

Organize and coordinate POC (Proof of Concept) projects, manage testing progress and quality, and support POC summary reporting.

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, and develop regional market expansion strategies.

Provide feedback to the product team on customer product improvement needs to enhance market share.

Requirements:

English can be used as the working language.

Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a solid knowledge framework and systematic thinking, familiar with risk management, big data, machine learning, data mining, AI, modeling, and related technologies.

Over 3 years of experience in solutions or consulting work. Candidates with experience in credit risk, anti-fraud risk, or big data security are preferred.

Strong pre-sales expertise, with an understanding of the latest developments and trends in the fintech risk management industry. Experience in the fintech sector is a plus.

Excellent communication and solution writing skills, with the ability to analyze and summarize effectively. Capable of resolving customer issues encountered during product usage.

Positive, optimistic, and strong in communication, with great learning ability. Able to communicate across departments and collaborate within teams.

Rich experience in pre-sales consulting and bidding processes.
