About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our growing team at PT, Entek Separindo Asia' in Cileungsi, Jawa Barat. As an IT Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and resolving IT-related issues for our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems for our users
• Provide first-line support and act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries
• Maintain and manage the company’s IT systems, including servers, workstations, and peripheral devices
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect our IT infrastructure
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and testing of new hardware and software
• Document IT-related procedures and maintain accurate records of all support activities
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the successful delivery of IT service

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting, network administration, and basic programming
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve IT-related issues
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple support requests simultaneously
• Familiarity with common IT support tools and software, such as ticketing systems, remote access tools, and monitoring software
• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
