OTCA is seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist for an on-site position in Malang. This role requires a strong strategic mindset and the ability to grow and optimize OTCA’s social media presence. You will be responsible for crafting data-driven strategies, executing content plans, and driving measurable results such as follower growth, engagement improvement, and enhanced brand visibility.
- Developing high-level, data-driven social media strategies aligned with OTCA’s brand goals.
- Creating engaging, relevant, and creative content across all social media platforms.
- Implementing tactics to increase followers, engagement rates, and audience quality.
- Planning and executing end-to-end social media campaigns.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting content and campaign performance metrics.
- Collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Staying updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or related role.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans for social media growth—including follower acquisition, engagement optimization, and audience targeting.
- Strong experience in Social Media Marketing and Content Creation.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and online marketing principles.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and leverage insights for continuous improvement.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in the education or language-learning industry.
