Summary of Responsibilities

As a (Junior) Marketplace & E-Commerce Manager, you will support the growth and optimization of our international marketplace business across leading European platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day marketplace operations, product data management, campaign coordination, and performance monitoring. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will contribute to the successful execution of marketplace strategies and ensure smooth cross-departmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management and optimization of German and international e-commerce marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, About You, Douglas).
• Monitor marketplace performance and prepare KPI reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in planning, pricing updates, and sales forecasting.
• Optimize on-site content in line with the requirements of different marketplaces.
• Product data maintenance and enrichment within middleware systems.
• Support the execution and tracking of online marketing campaigns across marketplaces.
• Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT and external partners to ensure smooth marketplace operations and system updates.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management (experience in the fashion, lifestyle, or jewelry sector is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of marketplace management tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Tradebyte or ChannelAdvisor is an advantage.
• Analytical and structured working style with a focus on KPIs and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
• High level of commitment, reliability, and attention to detail.
