Position Overview

We are a dynamic and emerging beauty brand company, dedicated to introducing and promoting high‑quality imported Korean cosmetics. As a startup, we are seeking an experienced, passionate, and results‑oriented Head of E‑commerce to join us in pioneering a new chapter in the Indonesian beauty market.

The Head of E‑commerce will be fully responsible for the strategic planning, business development, operational management, and team building for all the company’s online e‑commerce channels in Indonesia. You will build and optimize the operational systems for various e‑commerce platforms from scratch, drive sales growth, enhance brand influence, and ensure an excellent customer experience. This is a core leadership role requiring keen market insight, outstanding platform operation capabilities, excellent team leadership, and successful project management experience, reporting directly to the company's management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive e‑commerce development blueprint based on the company's overall strategy and Indonesian market characteristics, including platform selection, layout, category planning, pricing strategy, marketing strategy, and sales target setting.
  • Oversee the setup of official stores and daily operations on major Indonesian e‑commerce platforms such as TikTok (Live Streaming and Affiliate), Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, and Sociolla, including product information optimization, order processing, inventory management, logistics coordination, and pre‑ and after‑sales customer service systems.
  • Set and take responsibility for key performance indicators (KPIs) for e‑commerce channels, including GMV, user growth, activity, conversion rate, repurchase rate, and average order value, and continuously improve sales performance through refined operations, innovative marketing campaigns, and effective data analysis.
  • Plan and execute targeted online marketing and promotional activities to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in e‑commerce platforms and their management.
  • In-depth knowledge of e‑commerce trends, including marketing, advertising, product development, competitive strategy, consumer research, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross‑functional teams, showing high initiative and strong strategy skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and strong teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in a sales role within e‑commerce is preferred.
