A leading beauty solutions provider in Indonesia is seeking a Performance Marketing expert to lead online marketing efforts. This strategic role requires a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in lead generation and performance marketing. Candidates should possess proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads, and experience in the beauty or medical sector is preferred. The role includes developing marketing strategies, designing campaigns, and optimizing performance based on data analysis.
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Performance Marketing to lead our online marketing efforts and drive quality leads for our services. This role requires a data-savvy leader who can craft, execute, and optimize marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aimed at generating high-quality leads across multiple brands.
Design performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic advertising.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure lead quality aligns with business needs.
Oversee content creation, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice and appeals to target audiences.
Manage and optimize websites, landing pages, and digital content to improve SEO performance.
Drive engagement through creative social media campaigns, video marketing, and influencer partnerships.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize results.
Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies for continuous improvement.
Track and measure ROI across campaigns and ensure alignment with KPIs.
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists and external agencies.
Collaborate with product, operations, and sales teams to ensure unified marketing strategies.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement cutting‑edge strategies.
Experiment with emerging channels and tools to find innovative ways to reach and convert customers.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing/digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful digital campaign management.
Proven track record in performance marketing, lead generation, and SEO/SEM.
Experience in the beauty, medical, aesthetic or retail industry is preferred.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar.
Experience with CRM systems and lead nurturing strategies.
Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile work environment.
