Squad Leader – Web Marketing & Secure Web Operations
Location: Jakarta (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Squad Leader to guide our Web Marketing squad with a stronger emphasis on website operations, secure maintenance, and technical pre‑sales. You’ll lead a cross‑functional team, work closely with DevOps and security experts, and help clients keep their websites fast, reliable, and protected.

What You’ll Do

• Lead pre‑sales consultations: understand client needs, design logical and secure solutions, and prepare clear proposals.
• Oversee website development, enhancement, and maintenance projects — ensuring stability, performance, and security best practices.
• Work closely with our security and DevOps teams to integrate continuous improvement, monitoring, and vulnerability remediation workflows.
• Ensure projects stay profitable, efficient, and well‑resourced.
• Mentor your squad to evolve their skills and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Build strong, long‑term client relationships based on trust, logic, and real value.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in web development, operations, or IT project management.
• Strong understanding of web security fundamentals (vulnerabilities, patching, SSL, basic VA concepts).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices: deployments, Git, CI/CD, backup & monitoring routines.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross‑functional or technical teams.
• Strong client‑facing and pre‑sales communication skills.
• Logical and improvement‑driven mindset.
