Job description

Develop strategy, manage, optimize marketing campaigns and sales about our company to ensure products and services meet customers' expectations and brand credibility.

Supervise, deploy, lead the team for the optimization and successful marketing campaigns own their implementation through planning, execution and reports.

Experiments with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysist.

Build relationships and collaborate with internal and external parties, agency and vendors across multiple departments to support brand strategies and plans.

Plan, execute, monitoring and evaluate campaigns or programs through data analysis, optimization budget a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely for sales and profit growth.

Be accountable, measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, give insight and assess against goals.

Qualification

BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.

Proven experience for at least Three (3) years preferably have worked in Food and Beverage / Hospitality / Retail.

Solid knowledge of website analytics tool and experience optimizing Google adword campaigns.

Team working, strong analytical and numerical skills, fast-paced, and result-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

Creative and able to produce innovative and original ideas.

Good Appearance and communication skills fluent English.

Up to date with the latest trends and best practice in offline/online marketing.
