A growing veterinary care provider in Jakarta is seeking a Head of Revenue & Growth. The role involves driving customer acquisition and pricing optimization across various channels. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of leadership experience in revenue or growth, particularly in the healthcare sector, and is passionate about improving pet healthcare. This position requires a hands-on approach and collaboration with multiple teams to build effective marketing strategies.

As our Head of Revenue & Growth, you’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, pricing optimization, and marketing effectiveness—across both online and offline channels. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the CEO to grow the business sustainably and impactfully.
This is a strategic individual contributor role for someone who is hands‑on, loves solving problems, and thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. You’ll collaborate with branch managers to drive local marketing efforts, partner with the tech team for digital campaigns, and ensure all customer‑facing materials meet modernvet's brand standards.
You won’t start with a team, but you’ll be a key builder of the commercial engine behind modernvet's next stage of growth. This role is perfect for someone who combines analytical sharpness with execution grit—and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Design and lead hyperlocal and digital acquisition efforts—leveraging online platforms, referral programs, partnerships, and neighborhood campaigns. Collaborate with the tech team for targeted online marketing and with branch managers for impactful offline activation.
Analyze pricing competitiveness and develop tailored pricing strategies for services such as consultations, diagnostics, grooming, vaccinations, and memberships across branches.
Work with Branch Managers and the creative team to execute consistent, brand‑aligned marketing initiatives that drive clinic traffic, awareness, and repeat visits. Ensure all campaigns uphold Modernvet’s visual and messaging standards.
Co‑own the development and performance of the membership program—improving perceived value, renewal rates, and customer retention.
Set, monitor, and analyze branch‑level revenue KPIs. Provide regular reporting on revenue health, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and marketing ROI. Support budget planning and growth forecasting with the CEO.
Conduct impact evaluations of campaigns and services. Refine SAM (Serviceable Addressable Market) estimation at the branch level to guide growth focus and location strategies.
Work closely with the Chief of Business Development to align revenue goals with clinic expansion strategy. Collaborate with the tech and creative teams for digital execution, and with Branch Managers to activate local initiatives.
Run lightweight experiments to test messaging, bundling, or channel effectiveness. Leverage data insights and AI tools to refine strategies before scaling across branches.
