Job summary

A leading mining company in Indonesia is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth and build strong client relationships. The successful candidate will execute market expansion plans, negotiate contracts with mine owners, and oversee mineral trading activities. With a minimum of 8 years' experience in the mining sector, including 5 years in business development, you will lead a high-performing team while ensuring effective collaboration across the business chain. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of mining industry experience in Indonesia.
  • 5 years of experience in business development and team management.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian mining policies and business models.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute market expansion plans aligned with company strategy.
  • Build partnerships with Indonesian mine owners and lead business negotiations.
  • Spearhead early-stage development of mining contracting projects.
