Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and analyze operation data to ensure mining processes align with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure improvement processes run well.
• Conduct analysis of operational data to determine performance or cost issues.
• Coach and mentor departments to achieve project goals effectively.
• Maintain SHE programs and ensure adherence to safety standards.
