Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow portfolio of existing accounts; generate pipeline through prospecting, research, and warm leads.
  • Build strong client relationships, deeply understand client needs and upcoming projects.
  • Utilize consultative selling approach to uncover pain points and solve business problems.
  • Co‑operate with sales and aftermarket teams to promote client confidence and grow relationships, upsell solutions, and drive machine sales and spare parts.
  • Spend a significant portion of time traveling across the territory; deliver presentations and influence decision makers.
  • Work strategically to help clients solve problems and seize opportunities, maximizing value and client satisfaction.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications
  • Technical sales experience in engineering, mining, minerals, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of mine dewatering and mine operations an advantage.
  • Trade or engineering qualification desirable (e.g., diesel/mid‑voltage electric or similar mechanical trade).
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and deliver results—ideally within the mining industry and associated equipment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare reports, proposals, and present to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM system.
