About the role

PT Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full‑time position, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of our organisation based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and ensuring the company’s financial health and compliance with relevant regulations.

What you'll be doing

• Analyzing financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company’s overall business objectives
• Managing the company’s budgeting and forecasting processes
• Overseeing the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
• Providing financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team
• Managing and mentoring the finance team to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles
• Proficient in the use of financial software and tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficient in Mandarin (HSK 5 and above)
