To sell insurance products to customers and small businesses on the phone and over email, identifying customer needs and taking action accordingly to contribute to the development of business and enhancement of the organization's products, services, and processes.
Sells the organization's propositions to new and existing clients. Acts as the customer's point of entry into the Zurich organization, takes responsibility for the customer experience with Zurich, resolves and/or escalates their issues, and keeps oversight of service delivery to ensure service expectations are fulfilled at all stages of the process (e.g., claims, invoicing). Shows a good understanding of customer needs and applies advanced customer interaction skills. Identifies customer needs and advises on propositions, suggesting additional offerings to existing clients (cross-selling). Ensures quotations are issued promptly and accurately, possibly with the help of a customer service team, and maintains data integrity within relevant systems. Demonstrates expected sales behavior while adhering to local standards and processes. Supports marketing campaigns, provides input, and actively contributes to enhancing the organization's products, services, and processes. Works closely with other organizational units, provides training, and participates in projects as appropriate.
