Job Requirements:

·Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Marketing Management
·At least 3 years experience in the same positions (preferably in mining, heavy equipment, or hydraulic-related industries)
·Good Knowledge in sales and transactional processes to distributors or end-users
·Experience to develop new accounts/customers
·Experience with industrial hose or technical components and sales administration process is an advantage
·Experience in diversified cultural enviroments/organizaiton is an advantage
·Understanding of mining & industrial business & sales administration processes is an advantage
·Familiar with the excel system
·Can Speak English
·Communicative and persuasive
·Strong commitment on sales target achievement
·Willing to work in the field and travel frequently
·Problem solving

Job Responsibility:

·Selling Hydraulic Hose products to customers and distributors
·Building relationships with end-users in mining and manufacturing sectors
·Preparing and achieving sales targets
·Submitting daily/weekly/monthly reports to ASM
·Supporting product trials, technical training, and promotional activities with the team
