Job Description

Responsible for managing the Enterprise Banking segment portfolio and achieving the set business targets to support Corporate Goals.

Job Responsibilities :

  1. Manage sales & service activities to meet targets and develop business in the respective area, including:
  • Implement action plans according to the Enterprise Banking segment strategy.
  • Monitor and review credit quality regularly or as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations to promote Good Corporate Governance.
  • Prepare responses, data, documents, and coordinate with supervisors and Enterprise Banking on audit findings.
  • Follow up on audit findings.
  • Support the identification of potential customers from processed clients for referrals to other business units.
  • Manage Sales Management & Performance activities to meet targets and develop business, including:
    • Achieve revenue and volume targets through portfolio management and customer base growth.
    • Participate in pipeline meetings with supervisors to understand productivity gaps.
    • Engage in performance improvement programs.
  • Ensure data and documents for account opening, credit proposals, credit facilities, and related documentation are complete.
  • Manage the completeness of data/documents related to credit realization processes.
  • Handle credit transactions properly to avoid customer complaints, ensuring compliance with Bank OCBC regulations.
  • Monitor and store credit documents according to applicable standards.
  • Prepare and verify reports related to Relationship Manager activities and customers, such as credit pipeline, overdue reports, insurance, monitoring reports, BI Checking, and valuation, within the specified timelines.
