About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Staff (B2B) to join our team at PT. MINEBEA ACCESSSOLUTIONS INDONESIA. This full‑time position is based in West Cikarang, West Java. In this role you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding our client base through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing
  • Identifying and qualifying potential new clients within the target market.
  • Developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to engage prospective clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to secure new business opportunities.
  • Approaching new and existing customers to acquire new projects.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Providing regular progress reports and sales forecasts to management.
  • Creating estimate calculations for product cost and selling prices.
  • Analyzing forecast gaps.
  • Handling change requests from customers.
What we’re looking for
  • Age 22‑30.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Social & Political Science, or International Relations.
  • Fluent in Japanese (preferred).
  • Proven experience in new business development, sales, or a similar B2B role.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
