About the role

Reporting to the Head of Sales, this full-time Sales Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at PT. Jeikei Retail Indonesia, a leading fashion retail company. As Sales Manager for the Marhen J brand, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and overseeing the operations of the brand's stores in Central Jakarta.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and maximise sales
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Marhen J stores, ensuring efficient inventory management and visual merchandising standards
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
  • Provide regular reports on store performance and make recommendations to senior management
  • Ensure all stores comply with company policies, procedures and applicable regulations
What we're looking for
