Job Description

The Postpaid Operations role is responsible for supporting operational processes and data management to drive postpaid sales performance and revenue optimization within the assigned region.
include developing, analyzing, and reporting postpaid sales performance metrics, supporting sales execution, and optimizing revenue streams through strategic insights. The incumbent also works closely with sales teams to assess customer needs, recommend appropriate postpaid solutions, and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Postpaid Sales Support & Execution: Support direct sales execution and operational processes for postpaid sales within the assigned region. Efficient and optimized postpaid sales operations.
  • Revenue Optimization & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to maximize postpaid revenue and profitability. Increased postpaid revenue and profitability in the region.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and report postpaid sales performance, tracking KPIs and identifying areas for improvement. Accurate and data-driven sales performance tracking.
  • Data Analytics & Sales Forecasting: Utilize data analytics to forecast sales trends, measure performance, and refine strategies. Data-driven decision-making leading to optimized postpaid operations.
  • Budget & Cost Control for Postpaid Operations: Manage budget allocations effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and high return on investment. Cost-efficient management of postpaid operational budgets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, data analytics, or revenue optimization, preferably within the telecommunications and data-driven role supporting postpaid sales or revenue management.
  • Proven track record in postpaid sales growth, customer retention management, and revenue optimization strategies.
  • Experience in executing sales campaigns, brand positioning, and driving cross-functional collaboration in a telecommunications environment.
  • Strong background in sales performance tracking, postpaid revenue analysis, and operational sales support. Experience in forecasting, budget control, and customer insights reporting to optimize sales strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of Postpaid Sales Execution, Revenue Growth Strategies, Sales Performance Analytics, and Data-Driven Decision Making.
  • Expertise in Customer Experience Enhancement, Churn Reduction, and Market Expansion for Postpaid Services.
  • Sales & Revenue Analysis – Ability to track, analyze, and optimize postpaid sales performance through data insights.
  • Customer Needs Assessment – Strong ability to understand customer behaviors and recommend postpaid solutions.
  • Data Analytics & Forecasting – Proficiency in using sales performance tools and financial modeling for postpaid operations.
