A leading hospitality company in Tangerang seeks a Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee financial policies and reporting. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in finance/accounting and 3-5 years of experience. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, implementing financial controls, and producing reports for management. Proficiency in English is essential, and familiarity with accounting software is preferred. This role offers a basic salary and various benefits including BPJS Healthcare.

- Prepare, create, review, monitor, manage budgets, and P&L reports
- Coordinate and carry out financial planning and analysis to be able to provide input in making business decisions, for investment needs, expansion, operations and other financial conditions
- Coordinate and control the implementation of accounting functions in the company
- Plan, coordinate and control the company's cash flow, account balances, receivables and payables
- Consolidate the Salary report including PPH 21 and any other statutory based on local law.
- Keep company document Actuary, Insurance, etc
- Manage the accounting system properly & manage corporate tax matters properly
- Input E-Count for General Ledger
- Producing financial reports and reporting to management and stakeholders, including providing advice on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
- Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as Finance & Accounting Manager
- Experience in any financial role
- Proficiency in English fluently both, written and spoken
- Understanding of budgeting, short and long term
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation
- Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy
- Good communication in English and presentation skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Interpersonal relationship skills
- Will willing to travel
