The role

Reporting to the Company Director, this exciting opportunity as Sales Manager - Energy Saving Solutions for HVAC PAC will see you playing a key role in driving the growth of our energy‑efficient HVAC solutions across Indonesia. Based in Tangerang, Banten, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing a portfolio of clients in the commercial and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our energy‑saving HVAC solutions
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers in target accounts
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on the benefits and applications of our products
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth areas
  • Mentor and develop a team of sales executives to drive exceptional performance
