Client Acquisition and Business Development (High Reward)

Brand Hermits is a multi-brand e-commerce growth unit enabler in Indonesia. We help brands sell and scale on Shopee and TikTok by running their commercial engine end to end: promotion calendars, live commerce execution, advertising optimization, affiliate activation, conversion playbooks, and performance reporting.
We get paid through retainers and performance-based structures, and we care about gross profit, not vanity revenue.

We are hiring a Growth Partner who is accountable for profitable client acquisition and growing new revenue streams. This role pays Rp 10.000.000+ per month, so standards are high.

To be considered, you must provide:

A target list of at least fifty relevant brands (with decision maker info and outreach angle), and

Proof you can bring at least two clients ready to start (warm relationships, active demand, or written intent).

If you cannot bring clients, do not apply.

Your mission

Close profitable clients for Brand Hermits.

Protect and grow gross profit collected from those clients.

Build and scale new revenue streams (increase the size of each stream in revenue and gross profit).

What you will own
1) Client acquisition and closing

Build target list, outreach, discovery calls, proposal, negotiation, closing

Maintain pipeline stages and next actions

Own deal economics: pricing, scope boundaries, and minimum fees

2) Profitability ownership (required)

Ensure each client is profitable from day one (or has a clear plan to profitability)

Prevent scope creep and overspending that destroys margin

Track gross profit per client and fix underperformance fast

3) Company growth and new revenue streams

Improve our offers: packaging, pricing logic, proposal template, delivery playbooks

Launch and scale new streams (for example: managed marketplace ops, live commerce production, advertising management, affiliate management)

Report monthly on stream size: revenue, gross profit, pipeline, and next actions

Weekly scorecard (measured every week)

Proposals sent

Gross profit forecast (30/60/90 days)

Gross profit delivered from active clients

Revenue stream progress: what shipped, revenue and gross profit impact

Working model

Flexible, remote-first, accountable for their own clients.

Must be responsive during agreed windows

Weekly review with Founder

Optional onsite (Tangerang / PIK 2) for high leverage closing and execution review

Compensation

Base: Rp 12.000.000+ per month (depends on capability)

Performance: bonus or revenue share tied to gross profit collected (not top-line revenue)

Trial period with clear targets and stop/go decision
