Sales Manager (Pulp & Paper Industry - Tangerang/Pekanbaru)

PT Valveindo Teknik Pratama (Part of Contromatic Prima Mandiri Group) seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base.

What will you do?

Lead, coordinate, and supervise the sales team to ensure sales targets and performance objectives are achieved.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including handling inquiries, negotiations, and after-sales communication.

Manage the full sales cycle (end-to-end) from inquiry, quotation, negotiation, tender process, to Purchase Order (PO) achievement.

Develop and implement sales strategies and sales plans for the assigned area/industry to maximize revenue.

Monitor and follow up on quotations and tenders to ensure conversion into sales orders.

Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations in coordination with sales engineers.

Manage key accounts and identify new business opportunities to expand market penetration.

Prepare regular sales reports, including weekly/monthly performance, outstanding quotations, and sales achievement versus budget.

Manage the sales budget and evaluate annual sales performance to ensure business growth and profitability.

Ensure sales operations run according to SOP and company policies, including delivery coordination, invoicing, and customer payments.

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any relevant field

Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must

At least 2 years of proven experience in a Sales Manager role, preferably within the valve distribution or pulp and paper industry

Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office

Possesses strong leadership skills

Active, creative, and has a positive working attitude

Able to work independently as well as in a team
