We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Assistant Commercial Manager to join our fast growing fashion retail team. This role is pivotal in driving commercial performance through strategic planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Strategy Support: Assist in implementing commercial strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Assortment Planning & Forecasting: Collaborate with buying and planning teams to ensure optimal product mix and inventory levels.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor sales, margins, and stock levels; provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct regular store and competitor visits to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Buyers, Planning & Allocation, and Store Operations to ensure accurate in-store execution and reporting.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed analytical reports to support decision-making for the Commercial Manager.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide timely feedback to concept, design, and buying teams to align with market needs and customer preferences.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in commercial, buying, or merchandising roles (fashion retail experience preferred).
