Qualifications

• At least 2 years of proven experience in a Sales Manager role, preferably within the valve distribution or pulp and paper industry.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Active, creative, and has a positive working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise the sales team to ensure sales targets and performance objectives are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including handling inquiries, negotiations, and after-sales communication.
• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to Purchase Order achievement.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned area to maximize revenue.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
