Cost Accounting Senior Staff - Manufacture - Tangerang (C-125391)

Our client is a Japanese Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking for Cost Accounting Senior Staff.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and review Bill of Materials, Routing, and Standard Costs.
• Monitor actual production cost vs. standard cost and analyze variances.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis for extrusion, fabrication, finishing, and packing processes.
• Monitor and validate WIP (Work-in-Process) and production yield accuracy.
• Provide cost‑saving insights and support process improvement related to material usage, waste reduction, and efficiency.
• Track factory expenses and ensure alignment with budget allocation.
• Perform regular stock reviews, cycle counts, and support yearly physical inventory.
• Prepare monthly COGM and COGS.
• Generate manufacturing cost reports, margin analysis, and cost‑saving project tracking.
• Support management with financial insights to optimize pricing and cost structure.
• Other task as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from any.
• Has 3 years of experience as Accounting Senior Staff from Japanese Manufacture.
• Business English proficiency.
