- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 sales staff to achieve and exceed targets.
- Design and implement effective sales systems, processes, and workflows.
- Drive lead generation across B2C (students), B2B (schools, universities, companies), and B2G (government institutions).
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools, universities, training centers, and organizations.
- Conduct canvassing, networking, and outreach to strengthen TRAIN Edu’s market presence.
- Monitor sales pipeline, track performance, and provide regular reports to.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Bachelor’s in Sales/Marketing/Business or related from reputable University.
- 3–5 yrs sales exp, incl. 2+ yrs in leadership.
- Proven success managing teams & hitting targets.
- Strong in sales systems, partnership dev., and canvassing.
- Excellent English communication & interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational, problem‑solving & analytical skills.
- Resilient in fast‑paced, target‑driven roles.
- Willing to travel for visits & events.
